PSW Advanced Physical Assessment Workshop

We invite all to participate in a day-long workshop intended to provide pharmacists and residents working in the community or ambulatory setting with the appropriate training to perform accurate physical assessments during their daily practice. In addition, this training will allow pharmacists on the inpatient setting to better understand the physical assessments provided in electronic health records when monitoring patients. Physical Assessment topics will be taught by physicians from the William S. Middleton Memorial VA in Madison and from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) School of Pharmacy. During the day, participants will be able to test out of the varying topics after displaying their mastering of the material. The workshop will be hosted at MCW in Milwaukee on July 30, 2018. Six hours of CE will be awarded for this workshop in addition to a certification of competency in performing physical assessments. Space for this event will be limited so if you are interested we encourage you to sign up soon!
