This year's traditional Senior Care Conference is getting a face lift! Join your colleagues at the NEW PSW Conference on Advanced Medication Management for the Elderly. This year's programming will include a variety of features related to the care of older adults with a special emphasis on the care of patients in long term care facilities and in ambulatory care settings. This is a great conference selection for the LTC consultant, the ambulatory care clinician, and a variety of others.
