CONFERENCE GOAL
The 2012 PSW Spring Senior Care Conference will provide conference attendees with information and materials that will enable them to better serve the needs and manage the therapies of older adults residing in long term care facilities and within the community.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students and other health care professionals and caregivers involved in the care of older adults.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Attendees may earn 7 hours (0.7 CEU) of continuing education credit for attending the program in its entirety. Participants completing evaluations and attendance forms onsite will receive a CE statement within 4-6 weeks by mail for demonstrating program completion.
