Clinical Pocketbook Toolkits

PSW has created 12 pocketbook toolkits for use by a pharmacist when reviewing medication profiles and completing comprehensive medication reviews and assessments (CMR/As). Each of the 12 toolkits comes with a CE eligible video to teach you how to apply the information contained in the toolkit.

Please select the educational session you wish to view from the store below. Pharmacists may receive Continuing Education Credits* for each presentation after completing a short quiz and evaluation following the presentation. Once you have registered for the course, you will receive an email with details explaining how to complete the course and receive your CE. You can also return to this page, as the courses for which you have registered will appear in the grid below. You can select the educational session you wish to view by clicking on the magnifying glass icon to view course materials, then follow the prompts to complete the quiz and evaluation.

*CE is WPQC-approved.

To order toolkits, please visit the
PSW Store.
