Three Tailored Cohorts for Targeted Support

Pharmacies will be grouped with peers at similar stages of practice transformation to ensure coaching is relevant, actionable, and effective.

Cohort 3: Advanced WPQC Billers and Provider-Status Implementers

• Already engaged in pharmacist medical billing
• Will provide CMR/As AND focus on advancing provider-status implementation
• Coaching focuses on scaling, optimizing workflows, and expanding billable services

• Recently began billing Medicaid CMR/As
• Will provide CMR/As AND enroll at least one pharmacist as a Medicaid provider
• Coaching focuses on strengthening foundational billing processes and expanding clinical service delivery

• Limited or no prior MTM/provider billing experience
• Will learn alongside peers to build the entire practice infrastructure
• Will provide CMR/As AND enroll at least one pharmacist as a Medicaid provider
• Coaching focuses on getting started, building confidence, and creating sustainable workflows
