The PSW Senior & Long Term Care Section provides PSW members with opportunities to collaborate, communicate, advocate, and access resources to assist in the care of older adults, geriatrics and seniors. Pharmacy professionals supporting and caring for those in group homes, community based residential facilities (CBRF), and/or long term care facilities, as well as those working in health-systems, community pharmacies, long-term care pharmacies and others who provide care to geriatric patients.
