PSW Clinical Pocketbook Toolkits

PSW has created 14 digital pocketbook toolkits for use by a pharmacist when reviewing medication profiles and completing comprehensive medication reviews and assessments (CMR/As). PSW members can access these digital toolkits for free by logging in to their PSW account.
