How to Enroll and Participate in WPQC

The Wisconsin Pharmacy Quality Collaborative (WPQC) is a network of pharmacies throughout Wisconsin. These pharmacies are committed to higher standards of medication management, patient education, quality assurance and patient safety. The WPQC-certified pharmacists provide medication therapy management (MTM) services such as comprehensive medication reviews to patients. Click here to learn more about WPQC. How do I become WPQC Certified?

In order to become WPQC-certified, you will need to complete the home training program. You are expected to thoroughly review, analyze, incorporate and complete the materials contained in the Homestudy. To receive credit for completion of the WPQC Homestudy, you must complete all of the specified activities.

*Following the initial registration of the pharmacy to become accredited, there is an annual Participation Fee. Same membership rules apply.
*F
ollowing the initial one-time Pharmacist/Technician certification fee, there is an annual Participation Fee that will be charged in January regardless of the date of initial registration.  Same membership rules apply.
**PSW Business Support membership ($525/year) waives the WPQC Accreditation fee, but is not required for membership in WPQC.
