PSW Educational Conference Poster Session Information

The Poster Session as part of the Wisconsin Pharmacy Residency Conference and PSW Educational Conference is open to all attendees and all conference attendees are eligible to present a poster with an accepted abstract.

Deadline for abstract submission is January 19, 2025.

Selected poster presenters will be assigned either Tuesday, April 8 or Wednesday, April 9 as the day they present their poster. Notifications regarding presentation day will be sent on or around February 7, 2025. Presenters and/or their co-authors should plan to be at their assigned poster session during the scheduled time frame to discuss their presentation and answer questions from colleagues, including the Poster Review Committee.

Poster presenters are required to upload an electronic version of their abstract to the online form using the button below. The abstract should reflect the content that will be expressed in poster form at the conference. The abstract template Word document should be used.

Poster presenters will be assigned a number corresponding to a freestanding display board with a usable surface of 4 x 8 feet horizontal. This display board will be used to display the presenter’s poster. Poster presenters will be furnished with a display board, but will be responsible for providing other items such as tacks, handout materials, etc.

Posters must be professional in appearance, provide project information such as title and authors, abstract components (objectives, methods, results and conclusions), and charts and figures as necessary.
