Brian Bock

Brian Bock is a dedicated,community-focused pharmacist with over a decade of experience in clinical and leadership roles. He is committed to improving access to care through innovative pharmacy services and strong community partnerships. In his current role as Hayat Pharmacy’s Clinical Director, he oversees clinical programs at 18 community pharmacies and a long-term care pharmacy in Southeast Wisconsin, public health initiatives, pharmacist residency program, and team development.

Dr. Bock holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2012. He contributes to the state professional organization, Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW). He is also a member of the Community Advisory Board for the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Center for Substance Use Research & Intervention. Driven by a passion for service, Dr. Bock supports community wellness through his involvement with the Greendale Lions Club, his church, as a member of the Greendale School District Board of Education, and collaborations with local health organizations. He is also a devoted father who volunteers his time coaching and supporting his daughters in sports.

Statement of Purpose
Seeking election to the PSW Board of Directors, Dr. Bock aims to be a strong advocate for the pharmacy profession and the communities it serves. He believes pharmacists are uniquely positioned to improve health outcomes, especially in underserved areas where they often serve as the most accessible healthcare providers. In his role at Hayat Pharmacy, he leads efforts to expand access to care through innovative clinical programs in disease management, vaccinations, and medication therapy. He recognizes the need for recognition and reimbursement for services pharmacists already provide and is committed to driving policy change that supports the profession's growth and sustainability.

Dr. Bock intends to use this opportunity to advocate for pharmacists, inspire others to engage actively in shaping the future of pharmacy, and elevate the profession and public health across Wisconsin through collaboration, education, and strategic partnerships. He would be honored to bring his experience, passion, and voice to the PSW Board to strengthen the profession and support the pharmacists who serve their communities daily.

Jordan Spillane

Jordan Spillane provides leadership to a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and nurses as the Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services for the South Region of Froedtert ThedaCare. Jordan received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Northwestern Medicine and PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago. Outside of work, Jordan serves on the Blessings in a Backpack: Waukesha County Board of Directors and is passionate about ending childhood food insecurity in her community and beyond.

Statement of Purpose
Healthcare in Wisconsin is ever-changing, and the pharmacy profession must continue to innovate to attract talent and provide excellent care across our entire state. Jordan has consistently created environments that allow pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to provide patient care at the top of their skillsets. From 2017-2021, Jordan served on the Ambulatory Care Advisory Committee and Pharmacist Provider Status Taskforce for PSW. In recognition of her leadership, Jordan was a recipient of the PSW Good Government Award in 2022 and was named a Notable Health Care Leader by BizTimes Media in 2024. Beyond Pharmacist Provider Status, Jordan has utilized her experience in retail pharmacy leadership to optimize pharmacy technician workflows. Additionally, she continues to provide leadership to implement novel pharmacy programs and engages in opportunities to publish and present on their positive health outcomes.

As the pharmacy workforce outlook appears challenging, the PSW Board of Directors must identify best practice models for the profession and determine how to best share this knowledge across the state. Based on Jordan’s first-hand experiences and passion for the profession, she is greatly positioned to join the PSW Board and collaborate with others to improve healthcare in Wisconsin.
