PSW Clinical Pocketbook Toolkits

PSW has created 14 pocketbook toolkits for use by a pharmacist when reviewing medication profiles and completing comprehensive medication reviews and assessments (CMR/As). Each of the 14 toolkits comes with a CE eligible video to teach you how to apply the information contained in the toolkit. The year below is when the toolkit was last updated. The toolkits can be purchased online individually or as a full set, the set includes all 14 toolkits:

Purchase Toolkits

CE Course Instructions

Click the desired Toolkit CE link from the list.
You will be directed to LecturePanda to complete registration and claim your CE. You will need to know your NABP ID in order to register.
Please make sure to use your Key Email address associated with your PSW account. (Not sure what email that is, check your profile)
Once you have completed the assessment quiz and evaluation survey, you will be able to claim your CE credit to ACPE. Your credit should show up in your NABP Monitor within 24 hours
