The Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship (YA) program enables high school juniors and seniors to gain hands-on experience in various industries while completing their academic education. Employers play a crucial role by providing mentored on-the-job training aligned with classroom instruction.

Registered Apprenticeship (RA)

Wisconsin's Registered Apprenticeship (RA) program is an "earn while you learn" model that combines paid on-the-job training with related classroom instruction. Employers sponsor apprentices, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in their chosen field.
